This portal is part of a threefold structure of Leadership in Love.

This portal is devoted to awareness.

The Enneagram as a living wisdom.
The Enneagram helps us see, how we loose presence, and how we return to it.
Here, the Enneagram is used as a map —
not to define who you are,
but to illuminate how perception moves, how reactions form,
and how choice becomes possible.
This work supports self-observation without self-criticism,
discernment instead of automatic reaction,
and responsibility for one’s inner life.
The Enneagram is an ancient sacred symbol. It is regarded as about 5000 years old.
It was originally meant for spiritual people to remind them of how we as humans fall out of presence.
In modern times, typology has been applied to the symbol.
Each number on the circle corresponds to a certain archetypal behavior and identity.
The numbers refer to a distinct personality type described in detail by Don Riso & Russ Hudson.
Many psychiatrists and psychotherapists find it very helpful as a tool to work with their clients.
From each number/personality type, arrows flow to two other points on the circle, indicating the direction of stress and the direction of growth.
Together with the circle, the arrows form a triangle and a hexagon. These are fundamental symbols of the sacred "Laws" of the Enneagram.
The Enneagram is very helpful for revealing and understanding more about our unconscious drivers, both bodily, emotionally, and cognitively. For this reason, many people feel they finally get a map to help them orient their unconscious mind.

This work supports self-observation without self-criticism,
discernment instead of automatic reaction,
and responsibility for one’s inner life.
This is not personality optimization.
It is awareness work — patient, precise, and humane.
"I support people in seeing clearly —
because change follows seeing."
Awareness changes everything - not by force, but by clarity,
