Orientation

I help people orient in love — so leadership in love becomes a natural stance.

This page offers orientation — not explanation.

It is written for those who wish to understand the ground from which this work is offered.

"Leadership in Love begins with how one person stands —

especially when life, love, or relationships become demanding."

How I work/ what to expect

I work with individuals who wish to meet their inner life and relationship

as a long-term practice

of presence, responsibility, and care.

I do not work to fix people or improve personalities.
I work to support maturity, steadiness,
and ethical
self-leadership.

Self-leadership as a way toward stewardship & long-term relationship

This means learning how to remain present

when emotion, instinct, or difficulty

due to different perspectives

most likely would otherwise take over.

Where I stand

I come to this work from a background in science,
holding a Master of Science in Pharmacy.

My turn toward the Enneagram was not a career shift,
but a conscious choice —
guided by lived experience of how deeply this wisdom
can clarify life, love, and responsibility.

I regard the Enneagram not as typology,
but as a sacred map of consciousness —
and its transmission as a form of stewardship.

Lineage

My work is rooted in ancient wisdom traditions and articulated for modern relational life,
shaped by a Scandinavian sensibility of clarity, restraint, and depth.

I draw on the Enneagram as a map of awareness —
not as a typing system,
but as a language for understanding perception,
reactivity, and choice.

These frameworks are used in service of lived experience,
not abstraction or identity.

They support clarity without harshness,
responsibility without self-erasure,
and maturity that remains relational.

This work is offered with respect for lineage,
and with care for how wisdom is transmitted over time.

How the Enneagram is held here

The Enneagram is used as a map of awarenessnot as an identity system.

Its purpose is not to place anyone in a box,
but to support liberation from unconscious patterns
that quietly limit choice, relationship, and freedom.

Here, the Enneagram serves presence,
rather than explanation —
and responsibility, rather than categorization.

The Enneagram is the wisdom tradition I stand inside when I work.

Not as a personality system, but as a map of how attention,

fear, and love organize our inner world — especially under pressure.

In relationships, leadership is the ability to remain present rather than reactive.

From this way of seeing, I help people
orient in love,

so leadership in love becomes a natural stance,

rather than something they have to perform.

What is the Enneagram

and how can it help us live and love more freely?

My place in this work

I am certified as an international Enneagram teacher and guide,

working primarily with women, who value depth, integrity, and responsibility

I work with individuals rather than couples,

because leadership in love begins with how one person stands in the relational field.

My role is not to lead from above,
but to hold a field where discernment, honesty,
and dignity can grow.

I work patiently, relationally, and with care —
because what shapes love over time cannot be rushed.

Jane

"You cannot change what you are not conscious of".

This insight has shaped how I aim to be awake, aware, and present in each situation. In conversations, I make an effort to listen carefully to perceive what wants to be communicated without words.

This striving for clarity also reflects how I teach and how I relate to others.

A few words from me:

An Invitation

This work is not for everyone.
It is not fast, reassuring, or outcome-driven.

It is for those willing to stay present
when love, life, or inner work become real. I regard the Enneagram not as typology,
but as a sacred map of consciousness —
and its transmission as a form of stewardship.
